Rodolfo Lohrman

Rodolfo Lohrman, a 59-year-old Argentine fugitive also known as 'Russo', was recently captured in Spain after escaping from the Vale de Judeus prison in Portugal. He is currently opposing extradition to Portugal, requesting instead to be extradited to Argentina to serve the remainder of his sentence.
