Rodrigo Antonio López Estrada is a Colombian official with the Cuerpo Técnico de Investigación (CTI), who was kidnapped on May 8, 2025, by the Eastern War Front of the ELN guerrilla group. Recently, he appeared in a video pleading for his release and expressing his distress over the lack of action from government authorities, including President Gustavo Petro, to secure his and his colleague's freedom.
