Rodrigo Moraes Portugués

Rodrigo Moraes Portugués is the manager of Waterway Studies at the Brazilian Agency for Waterway Transportation (Antaq). He is actively involved in the planning and implementation of a concession project aimed at improving the navigability of the Paraguay-Paraná Waterway, with expectations of significantly increasing cargo transport capacity in the coming years.
