Rodrigo Thomé

Rodrigo Thomé is a passionate Brazilian photographer and environmental activist, known for his deep connection with the ocean. Born in Tijuca and now residing in Barra da Tijuca, he has over 20 years of photography experience and three decades of diving. Thomé co-founded the project 'Euceano' in 2021, which aims to foster a culture of ocean conservation through storytelling. His humorous and thought-provoking approach to environmental issues has gained him significant attention, particularly after a video he posted about recent shark sightings in Barra went viral, highlighting the need for empathy and understanding towards marine life.
