Rody Rodrigo Godoy

Rody Rodrigo Godoy is a Paraguayan national suspected of being directly involved in the kidnapping of two fellow Paraguayans in Colombia. He was apprehended by Paraguayan authorities for allegedly acting as a recruiter for the criminal group responsible for enticing victims with false promises of lucrative loans.
