Roël Bakx

Roël Bakx is a Dutch pediatric surgeon and the coordinator for the Stichting Spoedeisende Hulp bij Kinderen (SHK), a non-profit organization dedicated to improving pediatric emergency care through training and education. During a recent mission in Suriname, Bakx expressed his enthusiasm for enhancing the training of healthcare professionals involved in the treatment of newborns and critically ill children.
