Rogelia B.M., a 40-year-old vegetable vendor from the municipality of Patacamaya, was tragically found murdered in Sica Sica, La Paz. She had been reported missing since June 19 and was discovered beheaded on a path, leading authorities to investigate her death as a case of femicide. Initial reports suggest she may have been experiencing issues with her partner, which is currently under investigation.
