
Roger Rivera Mora
Roger Rivera Mora is a prominent Costa Rican lawyer and public administrator known for his extensive experience in public service. He has served as the mayor of Limón and has held various advisory roles, including legislative advisor. Rivera has also been involved with the Port Administration and Economic Development Board of the Atlantic Coast of Costa Rica (Japdeva).
