Rojo Edwards is a Chilean politician and member of the Senate, recently elected as the president of the Group of Latin America and the Caribbean (Grulac), a regional group within the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU) that represents the interests of Latin American and Caribbean countries in parliamentary discussions.
