Rok Kvaternik is a prominent publisher and art enthusiast who founded the Fecit arts colony in Grožnjan, which celebrates artistic collaboration and creativity among international artists. This year marked the seventh edition of the colony, attracting sixteen artists from four former Yugoslav countries.
