Roko L. is a 32-year-old former elder care worker who was sentenced to eight years in prison for attempting to transport a significant amount of drugs, including over 30 kilograms of cocaine and nearly four kilograms of heroin, in a sophisticated hiding place within his vehicle. He faced serious legal consequences due to the large quantity of narcotics, which was deemed 'exceptional' by the court, and admitted to being heavily in debt, reportedly owing around 100,000 euros.
