Roland Ameth de Gracia

Roland Ameth de Gracia is a Panamanian lawmaker and cochair of the Inter-Parliamentary Alliance on China (IPAC). He recently led a delegation of Panamanian National Assembly members to Taiwan, marking the first official visit since Panama shifted diplomatic recognition from Taiwan to China in 2017.
