Rolando Procúpez Schtirbu is a long-time political commentator and active member of the Costa Rican Liberal National Party (PLN). He has been involved in political discourse since the 1960s, advocating for generational change and collaboration among various sectors of society, including academia and civil organizations, to strengthen democratic infrastructure in Costa Rica.
