Roman Hladyshevskyi

Roman Hladyshevskyi has been elected as the new rector of Lviv National University named after Ivan Franko, succeeding Volodymyr Melnyk. Hladyshevskyi secured nearly 59% of the votes, having previously served as a prominent figure in the academic community with extensive contributions to the field of chemistry. He holds a doctorate from the same university and has authored numerous scientific publications, including 23 monographs and 414 articles. An esteemed member of the National Academy of Sciences, he has also received several prestigious awards for his contributions to science and technology.
