Román Ignacio A. is a 53-year-old bus driver in Bolivia who was recently in the news after being involved in a tragic incident where a school bus he was operating caught fire and exploded, resulting in the deaths of five students and injuries to several others. He was reported to have been driving without a valid license and was using an unsafe, artisanal connection for the bus's liquefied petroleum gas (GLP) system.
