Roman Sabo

Roman Sabo is a Slovak businessman and public servant, currently serving as the government commissioner for the GIB EnergyX Slovakia project, which aims to establish a factory for battery production in Šurany. He has extensive experience in managing investments, having previously held positions as the director of foreign direct investments at the Slovak Investment and Trade Development Agency (SARIO) and as the managing director at MH Invest, where he was involved in developing strategic parks with major investors such as Jaguar Land Rover. Sabo's role includes facilitating the implementation of the battery factory project and addressing related concerns amidst opposition from local citizens and political figures.
