Roman Skiba

Roman Skiba is a Russian citizen originally from Kharkiv Oblast, who has been identified as a journalist attempting to falsely represent himself as a member of the Ukrainian news agency UNIAN. In 2023, he acquired Russian citizenship and has been linked to Russian television channels such as NTV and Channel One. Prior to his media career, he worked as a bartender in Ukraine before moving to Moscow around 2016. His recent actions led to his arrest and deportation from Israel after he tried to interview musician Andrei Makarevich under suspicious pretenses.
