Romona Teeneal Victor

Romona Teeneal Victor was a 36-year-old local government councillor for Siparia East/San Francique South, serving her second term with the United National Congress. She was known for her commitment to community development and health initiatives, and she had recently been appointed to the board of Heritage Petroleum Company.
