Romuald Marušič

Romuald Marušič is best known as the author of the text for the Škofjeloški pasijon, a significant and historical dramatic work that is considered the oldest preserved drama in the Slovene language. His contributions to Slovenian literature and culture are being highlighted as Škofja Loka prepares to host this extraordinary passion play once again in 2026, involving over 1,000 volunteers.
