Rómulo Ángel Pirri

Rómulo Ángel Pirri, affectionately known as 'Tito' Pastrana, was a prominent figure in the Uruguayan carnival scene, particularly recognized for his role in the murga La Nueva Milonga, which debuted in 1952. He led the group for many years and remains a legendary director in the history of Uruguayan candombe and carnival music.
