Rómulo Betancourt Bello

Rómulo Betancourt Bello (1908-1981) was a prominent Venezuelan politician and a key figure in the country's transition to democracy. Often referred to as the 'father of Venezuelan democracy,' he played a significant role in the 1945 Venezuelan Revolution, which sought to establish democratic governance and political freedoms.
