Rómulo Raggio was the son of Lorenzo Raggio, who inherited the family's residence in Vicente López after his father's death. He undertook significant renovations in the 1930s, transforming the property into a cultural venue that continues to host musical events today. He lived until 1960, contributing greatly to the family's artistic legacy.
