Ron Dias is an aspiring filmmaker from Scarborough, Ontario, who has a passion for telling stories that reflect his upbringing in the diverse and often misunderstood suburb. Before launching his first feature film 'Morningside,' Dias gained experience in the entertainment industry through his work as a YouTuber and with his web series 'Friends With Benefits.' His dedication to representing Scarborough's unique culture and challenges culminated in 'Morningside,' a project he co-created with singer Fefe Dobson, showcasing the intersecting lives of characters in their shared community.
