Ronald David Scott

Ronald David Scott, affectionately known as Ronnie, was a legendary Argentine pilot who voluntarily joined the Royal Navy during World War II to fight against the Nazis. Born in Villa Devoto, Buenos Aires, in 1916 to a Scottish father and an English mother, he became one of the 5,000 Argentines who enlisted to support the Allies. Throughout his life, Scott was remembered not only for his brave service but also for his vibrant personality and community involvement, having played various sports at the Club Atlético San Isidro. He passed away at the age of 107, leaving behind a legacy of courage and commitment.
