Ronen Ruach

Ronen Ruach is the security coordinator of Kibbutz Tel Yosef, who was involved in the response to a tragic incident where a young woman was attacked following a vehicular collision. Ruach reported that the kibbutz's emergency response team was activated, but unfortunately arrived too late to prevent the fatal outcome.
