Ronmy Pessanha de Oliveira

Ronmy Pessanha de Oliveira, known as Caveira, is a former member of the Batalhão de Operações Especiais (Bope) in Brazil, recently arrested during a police operation aimed at curbing the activities of the Comando Vermelho in Rio de Janeiro. He is accused of training criminals and has alleged ties to the faction's leadership, as well as involvement in violent real estate control in several favelas.
