Roque Estrada Reynoso

Roque Estrada Reynoso was a brigadier general and a prominent figure in the Mexican army before his appointment as a minister by President Manuel Ávila Camacho. He was known for his oratory skills and his early involvement in the revolutionary movement alongside Francisco I. Madero.
