Rosalinda Tumbelaka

Rosalinda Tumbelaka, known as Ocha, is a passionate archivist and community organizer from Balikpapan, Indonesia. She began her journey in 2010 when she utilized her unlimited internet access to explore historical documents about her city, uncovering rich photographic archives from World War II and the colonial era. Ocha has since co-founded the Instagram account Balikpapan Tempo Doeloe, aimed at sharing and preserving the city's historical narratives. Through her efforts, she fosters community discussions about Balikpapan's history and organizes historical walking tours, helping residents and newcomers alike to connect with their city's past.
