Rosanna Marsh is the owner and caretaker of the Laguna Trading Post, a historic roadside stop that has been serving travelers for over 140 years. Since taking over in 2013, she has preserved the site's rustic charm while modernizing its offerings with a wine bar, sourdough bakery, and elevated pub fare.
