Rosario Magnifico is a Sicilian restaurateur living in Bratislava for over a decade. He moved to Slovakia after falling in love with his partner Romana, and together they opened Don Saro Cucina Siciliana, a restaurant celebrated for its authentic Sicilian cuisine. Despite not being formally trained as a chef, Rosario's culinary skills earned his restaurant a coveted chef's hat from the Gault-Millau guide. He draws inspiration from his Sicilian roots and family recipes, emphasizing the importance of authenticity in his cooking.
