Rosaura Méndez Gamboa

Rosaura Méndez Gamboa is a member of the Liberación Nacional party in Costa Rica and has served as a deputy. She was recently in the news for contacting Gabriela Chacón, the president of the Instituto Nacional de Seguros (INS), to expedite an insurance policy process for a family member facing a medical emergency. Méndez emphasized that her request was purely for urgent medical coordination and not for any undue advantage.
