Roscoe Brown

Roscoe Brown is a community advocate working for the city of Stockton’s Office of Violence Prevention. He was deeply affected by the recent tragic shooting at a toddler’s birthday party, where his niece and nephew were among the victims. Upon learning of the incident while in Arizona, he immediately returned to Stockton to support his family and community, expressing his disbelief and anger over the senseless violence that occurred at a children's celebration.
