Rosemary Ramírez Serrano

Rosemary Ramírez Serrano, 36, was recently appointed to a temporary position at the Instituto Costarricense de Acueductos y Alcantarillados (AyA), a role that had previously been under the direct responsibility of her sister-in-law, Lourdes Sáurez Barboza, the executive president of the institution.
