Rositsa Koleva

Rositsa Koleva is an academic and public servant, currently serving as the Director of the Higher Education Directorate at the Ministry of Education and Science (МОН) in Bulgaria. She is also an associate professor in the Department of Control and Analysis of Economic Activity. Her work focuses on improving higher education standards and policies in Bulgaria, and she has been involved in discussions related to the accreditation and regulation of universities, particularly in light of recent findings regarding the lack of real educational processes at certain institutions.
