Ross David Katmar

Ross David Katmar is a British national who was recently arrested for allegedly engaging in espionage activities in Ukraine on behalf of Russian intelligence services. Initially arriving in Ukraine in 2024 as a military instructor to aid in training Ukrainian armed forces, he reportedly leveraged his combat experience from previous military service in the Middle East. Investigations indicate that he may have been involved in the distribution of firearms used in high-profile assassinations, including that of public figure Iryna Faryon and former parliamentary leader Andriy Parubiy, leading to his detention by Ukrainian authorities.
