Rossy Martínez

Rossy Martínez is the president of the Asociación de Padres, Madres y Amigos de la Escuela (APMAE) at the Escuela Básica de Las Carreras in Baní. She has been a vocal advocate for the rights and needs of students and teachers at her school, particularly regarding the urgent need for a proper educational facility. Recently, she led efforts to demand the resumption of construction for a new school building, which has been delayed for over three years, resulting in students attending classes in inadequate and makeshift conditions.
