Roy Makaay

Roy Makaay is a retired Dutch footballer, renowned for his exceptional goal-scoring ability during his playing career. Born on March 9, 1975, in Wijchen, Netherlands, Makaay had a successful career playing for clubs such as Deportivo La Coruña and Bayern Munich. He was particularly noted for his speed and finishing skills, which earned him numerous accolades, including being the fastest goal scorer in Champions League history, having scored just 11 seconds into a match against Real Madrid in 2007. After retiring, Makaay transitioned into coaching and has remained involved in football.
