Rubaba Doula

Rubaba Doula is the Chief Communications Officer and Chief Marketing Officer at Grameenphone, one of Bangladesh's leading telecommunications companies. She has been a prominent figure in the cricketing landscape of Bangladesh, especially during her tenure at Grameenphone from 1998 to 2009, when the company was a major sponsor of the Bangladesh national cricket team. She played a significant role in establishing the National Cricket Academy in Mirpur in collaboration with the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) in 2007. Recently, there has been speculation about her taking charge of the women's wing at the BCB.
