Rubaiya Binte Kassem

Rubaiya Binte Kassem is an Assistant Commissioner (Land) in the Companyganj Upazila of Bangladesh. She gained attention for her role in mediating a family dispute over property rights that arose during the funeral arrangements for a deceased mother, Amena Begum. Her intervention helped to calm tensions between two feuding brothers and facilitated a resolution, allowing for the dignified burial of their mother.
