Rubén López Orduño

Rubén López Orduño was an intelligence agent for the State Citizen Security Force in Mexicali, Mexico, who was tragically murdered along with his wife in front of their home on June 26. His death was connected to his involvement in a recent operation against a member of the criminal group known as Los Rusos.
