Ruben Semmoh

Ruben Semmoh is a prominent Surinamese singer, songwriter, and guitarist known for his dynamic contributions to the Afro-Caribbean music scene. He gained recognition as the bandleader of the Afro-Carib Ensemble and has a rich musical history, having made a name for himself in the kaseko band Jongoe Bala during the late 1980s. Recently, he founded Holland Man Productions to address the lack of entertainment options for the Surinamese community in the Netherlands, aiming to create sophisticated events that celebrate Surinamese culture.
