
Rubens Lopes
Rubens Lopes, also known as 'Rubinho', is a seasoned figure in Brazilian football, currently serving as the president of the Federação de Futebol do Estado do Rio de Janeiro (Ferj) since 2007. He has been re-elected multiple times, most recently in 2022, and is well-regarded for his extensive experience in the sport, having previously held the presidency of the Bangu football club.
