Ruby Chang

Ruby Chang is an engineering and commerce student at the University of New South Wales (UNSW), known for her proactive approach in addressing gender disparities in engineering education. After transitioning from an all-girls high school, she recognized the significant gender imbalance in her field and established a women in mechatronics department on campus. This initiative aims to create a supportive community for female engineering students, making it easier for them to connect and thrive in a predominantly male environment.
