Rufai Hanga

Rufai Hanga is a prominent Nigerian politician and senator representing Kano Central. He is a member of the New Nigeria People’s Party (NNPP) and has been actively involved in the Kwankwasiyya Movement, which is known for its advocacy for good governance and social change in Nigeria. Hanga was in the news for welcoming Dr. Rabiu Kwankwaso upon his return to Nigeria, amid discussions surrounding proposed sanctions against Kwankwaso by the United States Congress.
