Rufine Yoda

Rufine Yoda is the head of the commercial and marketing department at the National Agency for the Promotion of ICT (ANPTIC) in Burkina Faso. She plays a pivotal role in presenting technological tools aimed at modernizing public administration, such as the 'e-Council of Ministers' platform and various electronic communication systems. During the Semaine du numérique 2025, she encouraged students to explore careers in the rapidly evolving digital landscape, highlighting the importance of artificial intelligence as a key area for future job growth.
