Rumiantsev, a resident of Canary Wharf in east London, was recently in the news after being convicted of assault and perverting the course of justice, following an incident that involved Barron Trump reporting an attack to UK police. He was found not guilty of more serious charges including rape and intentional strangulation related to separate alleged incidents.
