Rupendra Singh Yadav

Rupendra Singh Yadav is a retired engineer who currently serves as the secretary of the Ratan Planet Apartment society in Kanpur. He was recently involved in a violent incident where he was assaulted by a fellow resident over a parking dispute, resulting in severe injuries including the loss of part of his nose.
