Ruslan Rusu

Ruslan Rusu is a former police officer who served in the Homicide Service of the General Police Commissariat in Chișinău. He was recently sentenced to nine years in prison for illegal deprivation of liberty and passive corruption, stemming from a case where he, alongside two colleagues, extorted money from victims by threatening them with criminal charges.
