Rustam Latipov

Rustam Latipov is the head of the Border Management of the State Security Service of Abkhazia. He was in the news for announcing the temporary closure of the Psoi border checkpoint between Russia and Abkhazia due to drone threats, a decision made in collaboration with Russian authorities.
