Ruth Clinton

Ruth Clinton is an accomplished traditional musician and a member of the all-woman folk group Landless. As one half of the duo Poor Creature, she explores a unique blend of goth-folk music, characterized by haunting vocals and intricate instrumentals. Clinton's work is deeply influenced by her rural surroundings in Co Sligo, where she and partner Cormac MacDiarmada create music that reflects themes of melancholy and modern life.
